Texongo.com is an online website to provide Knitted fabrics which can be further customized as per the requirement. Users can be further customized as per the requirement. Users can make purchases from websites. Upon placing an order we shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the services.

Prices for products are described on our website and are incorporated into these terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupee and can be converted into different currencies. Price, products, and services may change at Texongo.com’s discretion.

Payment processed prior to dispatch will be refunded if we cancel the order. The said amount will be reversed back to the account from which you had made payments in respect of the order.

Cancellation of us-

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitation of quantity, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is cancelled after you made the payment, the said amount will be reserved  back to the account from which payment was made.

Cancellation by you-

In case we receive notice of cancel of order and it is not shipped by us, We shall cancel your order and refund the entire amount as a store credit, in case payment has already made. The orders that have already made. The orders that already have been shipped by us will not be cancelled for further process you need to check our refund policy.

COD Payments-

We don’t provide COD payment services.

Credit/Debit card details-

Texongo believes that credit/debit details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you will not be using any unauthorized or illegal card. We will not share your card details through our website to any third party unless fraud verification and same. We will not be liable for any kind of credit/debit card fraud.

Colours-

We have tried our best tpo make our product appear on website accurately as in reality. However, the colours depend upon your monitor display settings. We cannot guarantee the display of the colours are accurate or not.
