SHIPPING POLICY
It’s important to note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen postal service issues, there may be delays beyond our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat-rate shipping: We offer a flat rate of ₹100 shipping within India.
We also provide free shipping on orders over ₹2,000.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹1,000 within Delhi NCR. For orders under ₹1,000, a delivery charge of ₹50 applies.
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We will notify you via text message on the day of delivery.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Texongo, D 10/1, Pocket D, Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, New Delhi, Delhi 110020.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE.
At this time, we do not ship to Russia, Brazil, and certain remote regions.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Texongo is not responsible for these charges, and they must be covered by the customer.
